A huge salad: romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, chick peas, corn, chunks of extra-sharp cheddar, lots and lots avocado (okay, a whole one ), and broken up pita chips for crunch, with Renee's Asian Sesame dressing.
Pan fried flounder with cajun spices, rice and broccoli alongside. Avocado salad and crusty french bread. Tasty tasty. Tomorrow night will be shredded chicken and poblano enchiladas with yellow rice and veggies.
Chicken Breast with BBQ, last of the Fried Corn, Sliced Tomato, Iced Tea, maybe some Ice Cream later for dessert.
