Pan seared cod fillets drizzled with lemony hollandaise sauce, cracked herbed potatoes and purple asparagus. Very tasty. Special dark chocolate mousse for dessert.
I am cooking linguica sausages (Portuguese) with green pepper strips and onions.....and brown rice on the side. Probably slice some tomato and cuke for a side dish.
