I had the other burger from lunch for dinner, as I worked late. Also had a Diet Coke to wash it down.

Big turkey dinner with all the fixins coming up tonight.
Odd time of year for a turkey dinner but My daughter just returned from 2 months in Europe and i told her i'd cook her favorite meal on her return,So it will be family and friends coming over this evening to stuff ourselves and look at some her pics of Europe and welcome her back..
One thing i've learned is Turkeys are hard to find out of season and very expensive when you do find one=$60 for a 15lb turkey..

We are having my tamale Pie. I am going to cut the recipe in 1/2. That will be more than enough for us. Of course we will have a green salad with it.

I made the most fabulous quesadillas tonight. Basically, all the leftovers in the fridge, mixed with shredded cheese, and green chilies, put between two tortillas, and pan fried. Topped with salsa and sour cream.

My SO said it was so good, we should never waste money eating out again!

Something chicken, I am between three recipes...Chicken Dijon, Chicken Schnitzel or Salt Cured Chicken. Depending on what I choose will also determine the sides. So for now, CHICKEN is the only thing sure. lol
