Making the family traditional of "hamburger throw-together", but I have been told it's actually "Spanish Rice". I say, only depending on the seasonings I use. Ha!!
Cod fillets en papillotte. I'm topping each one with paper thin sliced zucchini, yellow squash, shallots, heirloom tomatoes and lemon. Salted fingerlings alongside and fresh whole wheat baguette. Chocolate mousse for dessert.
Shrimp scampi, pasta, salad. I think there's still chocolate cake if the others want dessert.
