I had three tomatoes off the vine with a hunk of sliced, peppered Asiago cheese about an hour ago. I can't decide if I need more food or not...

I am making what my dear old Dad (God rest his soul) called Slumgullion. I was a wee child when he taught me to make it. I have made many improvements over the years, but it still looks pretty much like this:



Mind you, ours never looks as fancy.
