Pork stroganoff is good too. Not sure I'll do the chicken tonight. All about the sodium level of the canned chicken. I've about had my limit already for the day. So, I have no clue at the moment. Maybe for me just fresh fruit and berries topped with real whipping cream.

For some reason I have packages of short cut chicken strips. So I think simple quesadillas tonight with mole sauced chicken strips, Pico De Gallo, guacamole and a side dish of refried beans.

I got a pot with a head of cauliflower I cut into large chunks with a layer of smoked turkey in the bottom. Gonna add about 4OZ of Velveeta for a sauce and wedge up some local grown tomatoes and call it good. Fresh fruit and berries later.
Hubby and I had Caesar salad, I also made him Velveeta shells and cheese. I was too tired to cook anything gourmet LOL.
