I was feeling peckish last night, and had a cooked chicken breast in the fridge. I cut it up and sautéed it with some fresh ginger, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce and for sweetness, a dollop of plum sauce.
It was absolutely delicious and took 10-15 minutes.
