Frozen Foods how long before eating? (defrosting, free)

I had stopped at the store gotten some frozen food items and when I got home after riding the bus and browsing through the store with the items they had gotten wet from defrosting a bit on the way home.

I did put them away in the freezer around 3PM in the afternoon it's now the next day close to 3PM again do you think it's ok to eat these foods or have they not been re-frozen enough?
