Which ability would you rather have?

The ability to cook anything perfectly? or the ability to eat/drink anything and it converts to vitamins and nutrients in your body?

Yeah but if you could cook anything perfectly you could make a lot of money off of that. You could be a World Class chef. You could have your own enterprise.

I answered, but I'm not really sure I understand the question.

If I could cook everything perfectly, I'd always be eating food that was delicious and worth eating.

But the second part - it's all healthy - does that mean I could eat all I want of junk food, stay healthy and (frankly, more importantly) not gain weight???????

Yeah pretty much. Get all the deliciousness of the food but none of the negatives.

And they could eat it for a few months and die of some kind of deficiency. Rickets, anyone?

I already have the ability to eat anything and now I'm trying to hone my ability to cook well. I find the ability to eat anything is all just a state of mind where as cooking is a real skill which requires constant practice and learning to really do well. There are the odd people who really do have food allergies but the truth is half of the people claiming them these days are full of it and instead they just prefer certain foods. In the old dies they would have just died and the gene pool would have been improved because of it.

WOW - that's harsh. I was going to type something I felt might reach your humanity but heck - you wrote that response, not me. Let's see if you reflect the majority here (you certainly don't speak for me).
