I always hear on tv or read....no artificial flavors/preservatives but there's only 5% juice. How does that make it healthy? It's like here's an apple it doesn't have anything fake in it but only 5% is real......yeah that's healthy.
Forget China, I don't buy apples from anywhere but local orchards. I try to source all locally grown stuff here and make my own juices/shakes/smoothies. I am not rabid about artificial stuff, but certain things I won't compromise.
