Yes for supper, though not for lunch (I'm a grazer throughout the day at work: veggies, fruit, nuts, jerky etc.. )
A favorite is puffed Spelt (one of highest protein levels of a cereal) topped with Cinnamon, Ginger and Nutmeg, diced strawberries and covered with Vanilla Almond Milk tastes delicious after the spelt get well saturated in almond milk.
Anyone here ever eat cereal with milk for lunch and dinner? My sister used to do it. I actually rarely do it, but have done when there's nothing else. It's fairly filling, I must say.
I used to eat it for dinner when I was too lazy to cook. I never eat it anymore, anytime, as it is too easy to eat the contents of the whole box....very addicting, for me.

Seldom for lunch because I'm usually not at home, but once in awhile if I'm by myself and don't want a big meal I'll eat cereal for supper.
I buy honey bunches of oats with almonds and I use that in my yogurt parfaits for breakfast, but my guilty pleasure cereals that I love to eat anytime of the day is, frosted mini wheat's, captain crunch, froot loops, honey nut cheerios, life, and grape nuts. Hubby likes his cereal just out of the box no milk and we both like different cereals. His favorite is cinnamon toast crunch.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. At least it's the best tasting! I love cereal anytime - or pancakes, breakfast burritos, hashbrowns, oatmeal, waffles and chicken, quiches.
I've always preferred sweets at night rather than the morning, so it makes sense to me.
