Oh, okay-thanks for explaining, I didn't get the press release

(As I noted, Twinkies aren't to my taste, but I wish I could find Devil Dogs-
the Little Debbie version is so bad as to be inedible)

To me that is one of the better Little Debbies.

Being from the Phila area originally I was raised on TastyKakes. They were good but didn't touch the Devil Dog.

Wait, what's wrong with Fresca? It is 0 calorie. Not sure what a Yodel is (foodwise).

Fresca was awesome! Haven't seen it in a while...

I never cared for Twinkies so when they disappeared for a short time I did not miss them. I like the chocolate cupcakes with the white swirl on top better.

It was pastry made by Drake's (who made Devil Dogs), which were in turn owned by Hostess.
Akin to Little Debbie's Swiss Rolls (chocolate cake with white filling spiral inside), I think-have never had Hostess/Drake brand "Yodels".
