Smoothie that included 2 cups spinach, one cup strawberries, frozen banana.

2 kiwis with morning snack.

One cup cooked broccoli with done noodles at lunch. Orange with dinner.

Eggplant, red bell pepper, mushrooms (in a baked casserole w/some Italian cheese); spaghetti squash served under braised calamari that included garlic and fennel; kale in my salad at lunch. Also celery, carrots and cukes to nosh while making dinner.

did yesterday: lettuce and tomato on my sandwich; mashed squash and cauliflower for dinner plus Asian green beans cooked with onions and mushrooms. BTW, I did not care for the green beans but spoiled brat thought they were ok. I have a few more, I will try them again in a few days cooked a little differently I think.

Yesterday a whole cucumber for breakfast, a big bowl of cole slaw for a snack and a large avocado with dinner.

Nothing yet so far today but there will definitely be more cole slaw since there's still a bunch left over.
