Nothing but that's because I just got back from eating out and had--

a huge triangle of 4 layer heavy chocolate cake for dessert. (well, ok, I did SPLIT it with someone.) It tasted just terrible, really terrible.

One of my own salads that I make every day.

Let me see if I can list the ingredients;
A lettuce baby kale cabbage mix, green onions, white onions, mushrooms, yellow red and orange bell peppers, cherry charub tomatoes, broccoli cauliflower and carrots, celery, chopped up some Pueblo Mira Sol chiles for some heat, fresh parsley, fresh basil, ... I think that's all the veggies I could fink in the fridge today, then I put some crumbled up feta.cheese, scooped in some artichoke hummus in there, then put in a handful of cashews and a handful of goji berries, a sprinkle of ground pepper and Mrs Dash, a dash of balsamic and a tad bit of evoo.

I also used those veggies to stir fry, then took some eggs and whipped them up, put in some feta crumbles goat cheese and Greek unflavored yogurt and poured that into my stir fry and made an omlete out of it. I added Applegate chicken sausage to the stir fry to kick up the protein a bit.

I'm not much of a cook, but I'm learnin.

A cheesecake that a now-extinct local restaurant used to make: Chocolate cookie crust with a really rich mocha filling, topped with a layer of caramel sauce, a little whipped cream and an espresso bean. Irish coffee on the side.
