Oooo - I forgot I could make dressings with tahini. I have that. Can't have yogurt, buttermilk or mayo.

We eat a variety of dressing from the store and made at home and we ONLY use real dressing, nothing fat free.

I do like tahini in my dressings!
Do you have any recipes for tahini-based dressings?

I had forgotten about tahini - when I worked a vegetarian restaurant in college, we used it all the time...

I add water to Ken's Buttermilk Ranch. It's way too thick otherwise.

Absolutely! Tonight it was a Shock Top citrus vinaigrette. My son made it; it was quite tasty.

Tonight's veggies are topped with freshly ground pepper and balsamic vinegar. Sometimes the very simple can be the best!

I am a super experimenter.

I loved the one I made with parsley garlic and lemon juice. Thin with some water. Really good! Earlier this week I did lime soy sauce and a touch of honey. Japanese inspired.

I am on my phone, please forgive the typos.
