Asparagus. Artichokes. Spinach - and lots of it! Strange...the aging body must need more nutrients than PopTarts have... : )

Mushrooms, garlic, asparagus, bitter squash

...and for whatever reason I've lost the liking for a lot of childhood favorites like poptarts and stuffing my face with cake at midnight :/

Salads and fish.....LOVE that stuff now, and can't get enough of it.
We went to a party when I was younger, and they served Caviar....I thought it was like "dessert", and sweet.....I got sick...LOL.
I still HATE Caviar!!!!

I wasnt introduced to too many foods as a kid, we kind of lived low-budget, and basic staples got us by a lot. But once I tried things like brussels sprouts, asparagaus, snap peas, got hooked on them.

I hated most vegetables growing up except for corn. Now I love them when they are fresh. However, I still hate brussel sprouts.

Shrimp. It was inexpensive when I was little & didn't like it. Now I love it & naturally it's not cheap now!
