I did have a nice graduation party for my youngest son for 125, so I put up a tent, and called a pig roast company, which made the whole meal with all the sides. It was great.

though I have, as I mentioned cooked in the past for quite a few people, I have to say, some of you are a lot more energetic than I would ever hope to be: Some of your menus are blowing my mind. I would keep it a lot simpler than you.

Pasta alfredo & grilled boneless chicken, sliced. Green salad, garlic bread. I am assuming cost is an issue so that would be cheap to make also.

Lthough, I would do 1/2 chicken..1/4 Broccoli and 1/4 plain to make sure everyone is covered..

Plus the condiments needed; bbq sauce, pickles, ketchup, mustard, etc
