I was thinking about this today and wanted to know which one of these grains do you like to cook?
I like Basmati and Jasmine rice.

I voted for couscous, but I like a good Jasmine rice as well I think. There is just something about the texture of coucous we are starting to really enjoy.

Quinoa is a seed but whatever. I've gotten quite good at making it. I also do a mean Wild Mushroom Farrotto.
