Can be anything that is related to being unhealthy. For me it is eating too much salt, so many foods I put it on. It is always Himalayan salt when I'm at home, but I know I need to cut back!
I'm somewhat of a purist when it comes to butter - I love to use real butter when baking and in some cooking. I'd like to start moving over to something more healthy....
I also use bacon. Not much, like I throw a slice or two in the pan so cook meat for chili.

What for you?
more and more studies are showing salt isn't as bad for us as originally thought, This doesn't mean pick up a box of salt and eat it, but we don't need to be quite as concerned as was thought a few years ago. That being said, I do have a couple of really bad habits. I love sauces, especially made with 1/2 and 1/2 and lots of cheese: I also love cheese period. We eat plenty of veggies and fruits, and get our share of calcium, I just need to cut back on certain things: oh and my number 1 horrible habit: mayo. I could put it on my ice cream I think. Yes, sugar and I do not have a love affair but high fat and I do!!!

Talking about real butter, I decided about a month ago to cut back and switch to the fake crap.. it is awful, I tried to tell myself how much healthier it was for us: I convinced myself, I don't really care. We don't use more than about a lb a month, so I will continue to enjoy the pleasure of the real stuff!!
I use bacon in probably 80% of the things that I cook, and I also put ranch dressing on just about everything. I have, however, received multiple marriage proposals due to my bacon chocolate chip cookies.
Almost anything containing sugar. Also love British bacon on homemade bakery roll with butter. Anything salty as well. Cheese.
