I bought a five pound bag for cookie making. I'm instigating for an early cookie season for peanut butter cookies. Cookies with some nutrition in them not just sugar. I've eaten white wheat bread and it is good. Not the bitter after taste of red whole wheat flour. Any tips for using it for baking cookies out there? I highly suspect it will be made into some dumplings too. Our major grocer finally started stocking it.

Costco has an organic white whole wheat that I use for baking and everyday, works great, I don't adjust recipes when using it.

Yup, I got a small bag of King Arthur white wheat flour recently. I've been putting it into my bread, though I need to step it up. I'm soon eliminating gluten for a while to see if it helps my arthritis (family history of wheat problems).

It's good stuff. I should try making some cookies and other things with it, but it's only gone into the bread so far.
