Some fruits and fruit juices firstly, and if you have habit of drinking tea then it’s very good if you use green tea, it helps you to lose weight rapidly. Don’t take oily food in the early morning ,it will affect your health badly.

My husband is still asleep and I've had 3/4 of a cup of coffee and I am going back to bed so I think breakfast is going to be whatever I fix for lunch.
