Yesterday was game day and I celebrated with Cinnamon Brown Sugar Pop Tarts for breakfast.

Today it's back to my usual Fiber One original with almond milk.

I had a tuna sammich with lots of jalapeno peppers and red pepper flakes and black pepper and Texas Pete hot sauce and mustard and mayo. It was real good and it was real hot! I broke a sweat.
No onion in it since the onion that I have is flavorless and sweet as honeydew. Label says Honey Sweet 4166.
I'll buy white onions next time. I want my onion to taste like onion.
