5 grain oatmeal (steel cut oats, quinoa, chia, flax, and amaranth) with a bit of brown sugar and some craisins, and a cup of green tea. Great way to start the morning!

This morning was at the newly-opened Black Walnut Café in Coppell, TX. I had peppered bacon, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, potatoes O'Brien, an English muffin, and international coffee.
A bowl of corn flakes topped with banana and blueberries. Coffee.
