Scrambled eggs (six) with a pair of sliced onions, a white bell pepper, and three golden roma tomatoes - the vegetables all purchased at an outstanding little farmer's market we happened upon yesterday in Decorah, Iowa, while in town taking my daughter for a college-visit - and topped with Steve's Hot Sauce, an onion-garlic-pepper sauce available only in and around the Grand Rapids/Deer River area of northern Minnesota, served with toast topped with Amish homemade elderberry jelly (also from the aforementioned farmer's market).
This morning was at the Black Walnut Café in Coppell, TX. I had peppered bacon, two eggs over-medium, potatoes O'Brien, Texas toast, and Cordoba Royal coffee.
