I'm visiting my mum & oldest brother 'til Feb 1. We had a great brunch at the local Ice House Diner... regular & blueberry pancakes, egg yolks (well, for me), rye toast & thick bacon with a wonderful black, bold, dark coffee. Nice to find a diner with strong coffee. It was brilliant.

A bowl of oatmeal with sugar & cinnamon & a bit of non-fat milk and a cup of dark chocolate almond milk.

I had porridge with cinnamon,roasted almonds,1/2 a pink grapefruit and 2 cups jasmine green tea

2 double espressos. I'm not hungry yet, but a nice, juicy grapefruit is staring at me for later.
