This morning: Norma's Café for some scrambled eggs ranchero-style, sausage patties, flour tortillas, hash browns, refried beans, and Community coffee.

We're having cornmeal pancakes, strong black coffee and fresh orange juice.

I had 2 double espressos, 2 egg yolks & unfortunately 4 slices of turkey bacon. Silly me... I forgot that even turkey bacon has nitrates. Now I've got a gnarly headache. Boo...
