I made a chocolate cake from scratch last night with a chocolate whipped cream frosting. I had a piece of that with coffee. Since the frosting is made of whipped cream you have to eat it quickly or it will go bad. That's what I tell myself anyway

I ate breakfast at 3 pm -- forgot to eat till then. Had a plain omelet and a couple slices of bacon along with a small avocado.

Daughter learned how to make Rosa Parks Featherlite Pancakes in Home Ec and she wanted to try them at home. They are made with peanut butter. Pretty good.
