3/4 of a small cup of orange juice fortified with calcium, oatmeal with fat-free milk, sugar and cinnamon, half a cup of dark chocolate almond milk and a large mug of tea with honey and cinnamon.

Toasted an English muffin, then put butter on one side, mayonnaise on the other. Fried a slice of ham, one egg. Put them on the muffin with a slice of cheese. Coffee and apple juice.

OMG! I invented the breakfast sandwich!

Sausage croissant breakfast sandwich from Jack in the Box, along with my usual grape juice.

Breakfast chimichangas (baked).

Ground turkey (onion, garlic, jalapeno, cumin, chili powder, and S&P added) with scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, and sharp cheddar. I wrap them up in a tortilla, lightly spread olive oil on the tortillas, and bake them for 20 minutes or so on 350. Add a little sour cream and salsa, and it's amazing. Probably my favorite breakfast to eat.
