On the days I don't have class I cook myself up a homemade western omelette (onions, peppers, ham) on a croissant/English muffin with roast beef. Since I have to go into work tomorrow I'll probably grab a sandwich from dunkin with my coffee in the morning.

Well - this morning we had apples, raisins and dried cranberries cooked down with butter, brown sugar and water, nutmeg and cloves. Let that cook down to soft and scrumptious and served in the wells of roasted acorn squash.
