That sounds wonderful Almrausch.....What spices do you use in your meat filling. I am guessing allspice and perhaps nutmeg and cinnamon.

I am planning to bake a ham in cola, with a mustard, clove, brown sugar and ginger glaze. We will see its early yet.

Good morning elston...Today I use these ingredients in my meat filling.

good sized package of ground meat
1 egg
1 fine diced onion
1/3 cup bread crumbs (I always use fresh bun and soak it)
1/2 tsp. paprika powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram or oregano
freshly ground pepper

I like tuna in a garlic butter sauce on linguini. It has more flavor than clam linguini especially if you use the dark tuna....but its all good.

Hola from one Cuban to another. We love this recipe:Linguine with Tuna Puttanesca Recipe : Food Network Kitchens : Recipes : Food Network

It's easy to adapt to what you have on hand. We often sub out the tuna for anchovies etc.
