Easy Chicken bake casserole but this time I am adding peas to it. I took leftover chicken cutlets that I pan fried and cut them up into smaller pieces. Another way to use leftovers. I usually just cook the chicken fresh because I never have left over chicken.

We have had a disaster of a water leak problem and the whole house is in an uproar. Ceiling, flooring, walls, and carpeting are being torn out and the water restoration company will soon be putting in those huge fans/dehumidifiers. This has been going on since 4:30AM. Once the crew leaves I am sending son out for cheese enchiladas, rice, beans, salsa, and chips. I have not yet had any food today and it is almost 5PM.
The water has been turned off all day and I need to go potty. I just went anyway and a very nice plumber man came in and flushed it with a bucket of water for me.
