I needed winter food, it hasn't been above 48 in south Texas for four days.
So a nice fish soup.

The liquid from two cans of canned mackerel (which I freeze and save for the purpose) in the pressure cooker with lots of onion, carrots, cabbage, green pepper with enough water to make a soup. I was out of potatoes, so I stirred in 3 pounds of cooked rice when the stock was done.
Since it was 20 degrees with snow on the ground, I was outside on my patio grilling a rib eye steak. Made a baked potato and some fried corn to go along with it, and of course ice tea.
