last night was pan fried chicken cutlets, horseradish mashed potatoes, fresh baby spinach sauté's with garlic and oil. We had apple pie for dessert at a friend's house. Tonight is no cook night so we are getting something to go but not sure what.

I'm trying out a new recipe- pork loin with hard cider and apples. If it tastes even a little bit as good as the house smells right now, it will be amazing. I'm making mashed potatoes and salad to go with it.

The last of the Turkey Soup, with biscuits. The soup gets better with a few days in the fridge. I break the biscuits into it to sop up the broth. Sad that it is gone.
