What's on Tonights Dinner menu? (2013, part 2) (wine, beer, ingredients, goulash)

We had to make a vac trip today, so I made some bread for sandwiches tonight. I had turkey and cheese, and DH had liverwurst.

I stopped by my local Hawaiian fast food place and picked up a chicken katsu plate with rice. Yum!

A hot dog with mustard, sour kraut, and squash pickles. Yummy!

Braised lamb shanks, roasted potatoes with rosemary and sauteed green beans.

Tonight's dinner:

Tomato, Basil, and Goat Cheese Pizza from ....... Aldi.

Actually, it was pretty good.

Tonight was at On The Border in Lewisville, TX. Had two cheese enchiladas, two beef empanadas, one pork tamale, rice, borracho beans, chips, salsa, and iced tea.

was invited to a friends house for dinner tonight. They had the most beautiful lamb chops placed on top of yellow rice and green beans, then it was crab legs and Asahi beer. It was different but very good and everybody seem to enjoy very much.

Quesadilla, again. Refried black beans, a tomato, a butt load of cilantro, cheese and pineapple-mango salsa.

Mussels & littleneck clams over linguine, with Italian bread. Yum!

Okay. So it will be that soup mentioned the other day :

stew beef
garlic
beef broth
vegetable juice
tomato purée
fresh green beans
fresh potatoes
white onion
fresh carrots
assorted spices...

French rolls with butter on the side.
