tonight we are grilling and that means steak....grilling a couple chuck eye's mmmmmmm
some garlic bread, and maybe some cherry tomatoes

I got some great deals on fresh Alaskan salmon and a Pacific wild cod so I will be eating fish for the next couple of days.

Tonight: Sweet garden fresh broccoli florets (with the stems and leaves of course), ripe juicy sliced tomato with fresh basil leaves, steamed red potatoes with dill and sauteed Potato-crusted Cod.

ham steak, green beans, garden tomatoes, and I've got a bread pudding in the oven for dessert.

BLT's got cancelled again so I had a cubed steak sandwich from a piece that was left over.

Tonight I'm going to have salmon and wild rice, brown rice mix and a chickpea eggplant stew.
