Roast beef, mashed potatoes, candied carrots (only way to get the hubs to eat carrots), home made rolls and fresh pineapple upside down cake (finally down to the last pineapple...whew)

It's Sunday so of course it is spaghetti and meatballs with a hours slow cooking red sauce made from scratch not the jar type. And since it is Hubby's bday a nice red velvet cake for desert.

Stuffed green peppers fresh from the garden stuffed with yellow squash, zucchini, (from the garden) brown rice, ground beef mushrooms and home made tomato sauce from the garden tomatoes.

Fiance caught a bunch of rock cod fish yesterday and we were also given some halibut. Probably fish tacos tonight.

Savory mushroom noodle casserole (Kugel) cucumber and tomato salad with yoghurt dill dressing and yellow summer squash. Green salad and corn bread.

Amish style pumpkin cream cheese Bunt cake.
