well it is like this: I ran out of time yesterday so didn't get to the store. Today is my only free day this week so I could go shopping, but I am tired. I spent 1/2 of the night planning what all I have to do in the next few days, so I don't feel like shopping today either. I think I will take a piece of pork shoulder out of the freezer, cook it up, with veggies. Then I will make a little cold slaw and that will be our dinner. I told spoiled brat, instead of wasting gas going to the store and instead of taking all that time, I would hold out shopping til Sunday and after church I would let him take me out to breakfast and split the shopping as well. Greeze I can be nice!!!!

Pork Dijonaise with rice and veggies. Biscuits with butter. And not sure yet for dessert, probably lemon squares if I get up to do them.

I'm making a creamy seafood casserole (shrimp, crab, scallops) and adding about 1/2 pound of andouille sausage (because I found three big ones in my freezer), garlic rolls and a garden salad. They can have the rest of the mini-shortbread cookies and raspberry sorbet for dessert.

The whole meal sounds quite tasty! Wish you could save me a brownie.
