I mixed the meat with salsa con queso and topped with crumbled left over nachos. We didn't use salad and tomatoes but my son put ranch dressing on his slices. It was good.
Not really sure at this point - I will be creative today using what I have in the garden, frig and pantry.
Garden fresh broccoli, zucchini, parsley, baby carrots, chopped ripe tomatoes with macaroni pasta, slivers of garlic and perhaps topped with cheddar cheese. Maybe, I will add bits of tuna or Swai depending on the taste and what my body tells me it wants come dinner time.
I will taste as I go along so at this point who knows - this is how recipes are created!
A good summertime meal with potato salad, grilled hamburgers, and strawberry/apple crisp with chocolate ice cream. Mmmm....
