Just a vegetable plate with plain homemade yogurt and a large glass of lemon water and an orange...after all this cooking for guests the last 5 days and eating what they had this suddenly is not satisfying food for me ..I told myself to toughen up and eat like a rabbit
I seem to have the appetite of a bird lately... 5 bites of cast iron seared, med-rare steak & 2 egg yolks... the whites get tossed because I despise them... & a double espresso.
