Leftovers - the last of the beef stew.

This stew was an art of improvisation using what was on hand - coleslaw mix (broccoli, carrots and cabbage), a can of V-8 spicy, potatoes, onions, garlic, parsley, thyme, Bay leaf and a few bits of beef. It was mighty tasty today and hit the spot.

A non-fat lemon Greek yogurt, one slice toasted whole wheat bread with a light spreadable cheese wedge, two slices of toasted whole wheat bread with natural strawberry spread and tea with a teaspoon of sugar and some non-fat milk.
