I had Filipino food today for lunch, which was pancit (noodle dish), fried pork chops and steamed rice. For dessert, I had biko (rice cake) and a slice of lemon meringue pie.

Alm, sorry to hear that, take some tagamet or famotidine. If you don't have any try baking soda in a glass of water.

Ramen with leftover beef, onions and peas.

Thanks CCc girl..I guess I learned I do not tolerate certain food anymore.Chamomile tea seems to always help me
