Lunch is up in the air,thinking of a tomato salad with chives from my garden and a fresh baked simple caraway bun and a large glass of lemon water. Someone dropped some Italian plums off and I am in the mood to make my all time favorite Bavarian plum cake and than there could be a fat chance I am having a piece with coffee later
Leftovers from yesterday's lunch: half a hamburger on half a bun with half a slice of tomato, half a slice of onion & a piece of lettuce together with some mini french fries & ketchup and a large glass of cranberry juice.
Mexican-style baked potato: Baked potato topped with turkey/beef burrito mixture, Jalapeno Jack and Cheddar cheeses and garden-fresh green onions. On the side, refried beans, avocado slices with sour cream and topped with home-made Pico de Gallo and salsa.
An oversized multi-grain bread chunk light tuna & non-fat mayonnaise sandwich, 2 Belvita blueberry breakfast biscuits and a large glass of cranberry juice.
Chicken wings (hot and regular with Ranch dressing) and 3-bean salad. My weekly Coca-cola to drink.
