Today's Lunch - Part 4 (lasagne, healthy, tuna, breakfast)

Son brought vegetable samosas with tamarind sauce and I made Indian masala tea ..

Roast chicken with brown rice. Sweet iced tea to drink.

Leftover lobster. I chopped it up and added some mayo and red onion like tuna salad. Yum!!!

Swiss cheeseburger with fries and onions rings and coleslaw.

2 Breaded crunchy fish fillets, a mixture of peas and corn and a large glass of cranberry juice.

A mish-mash of leftovers:

Macaroni & cheese with steamed broccoli and carrots.
Baked potato with a dollop of taco meat, Cheddar cheese, sour cream and chopped scallions.
