English muffin pizzas.
6 English muffins, split
Spread halves with Crisco
Spread with a 6 oz can of tomato paste, divided equally
Sprinkle with herbs and toppings of your choice
Cover with 2 c mozzarella, divided equally
Bake at 375 for 15 mins.
Any attempt at improving these with quality ingredients will fail to compare with the original version.
