Today's Lunch - Part 4 (coffee, broil, reheat, coke)

Salad with no dressing, can of fruit, and a can of tuna with crackers.

Roast turkey, provolone, and cole slaw on honey wheat. Mexican Coke to drink.

Roasted turkey breast with mashed potatoes & gravy and brussel sprout & apple coleslaw.

I had chicken and rice.

1 slice of rye with 2 slices turkey and Dijon mustard folded over (only wanted 1/2 sandwich) some tortilla chips with salsa, coffee to drink.

So it seems that I have messed up my chicken and rice dish. I didn't like it that much.

Same lunch as yesterday, which was a pasty (English meat pie) along with a kale and citrus salad. Raspberry iced tea to drink.

A sandwich made with multi-grain bread, meatloaf & ketchup, one leftover roast potato and a large glass of cranberry juice.

Leftovers: Baked chicken breast, rice, refried beans and the last of the Greek salad.
