Today's Lunch - Part 4 (poppy seed, whole grain, microwave, Publix)

I'll warm up some of yesterdays cabbage rolls with sweet tea....

A bowl of tomato basil soup, a few slices of spiced Havarti, and a glass of sweet iced tea.

The temperatures are starting to cool down and it is a great day for a comforting warm concoction - Ramen noodles with fresh spinach.

Salmon Teriyaki with cooked vegetables and white rice and a glass of cranberry juice mixed with some water.

A small side salad with lemon ceasar dressing and some chunks of white meat chicken.

Turkey coldcut sandwich, pear slices and baby carrots.

BLT salad, added diced apples and spiced Havarti, and topped with garlic peppercorn dressing. Mexican Coke to drink.

3 slices of toast with 1% cottage cheese & strawberry jam, a blueberry greek yogurt, a small cup of chocolate soy milk and a hot mug of camomile tea.
