One and half chunk light tuna & nonfat mayonnaise sandwiches on high fiber/protein bread, 2 Belvita blueberry breakfast biscuits and a cup of cranberry juice.
Warmed a flat panini roll then filled it with reduced-fat hummus,rocket salad* and cherry tomatoes.
Washed down with a glass of chilled Chardonnay.
And a bottle of sparkling water.
* This reminds me of the time I was in a restaurant and waited an hour for my entrée so I complained: 'It’s not rocket salad.’”
