Using the last of the ham steak to make a split-pea soup. I'll have a leftover Crescent roll topped with garlic butter to go with the soup.

A sliced tomato with mayo.
Strawberry shortcake, scratch biscuit, sour cream.

My favorite Chinese fast food from my local place which was my usual fried rice with barbecued pork and black pepper chicken. Sweet iced tea to drink.

One and half chunk light tuna & nonfat mayonnaise sandwiches on high fiber/protein bread, 2 Belvita blueberry breakfast biscuits and a cup of cranberry juice.

A bowl of New England clam chowder with oyster crackers and an unsweetened iced tea to drink.

Warmed a flat panini roll then filled it with reduced-fat hummus,rocket salad* and cherry tomatoes.
Washed down with a glass of chilled Chardonnay.
And a bottle of sparkling water.

* This reminds me of the time I was in a restaurant and waited an hour for my entrée so I complained: 'It’s not rocket salad.’”

Ate at work today, had a chicken nugget baguette.. not very healthy, but it was only £1.50 so why not!
