Chicken salad with mango slices mixed in and topped with sesame dressing along with a big mug of homemade bean soup.

Co-workers wanted to go subway and I wanted a food truck. Settled for Indian kati rolls instead of that "not fresh" Subway stuff.

Leftovers: Spanish rice made with the sauce from chicken tostado, grilled Cornish hen leg/thigh and tomato slices topped with garden-fresh green onions.
