Nomad...thanks for all the work you do posting this analysis information.

What I wouldn't do for a big hunk of mozzarella cheese, just cut it off and eat it. It also sure would be good to cut a few pieces and put it on a nice tomato mozzarella salad with a drizzle of olive oil. This is called heaven!
