Looks like I can eat popcorn instead of bananas for cramps!

don't count on it. No food or supplement helped mine. Compression stockings fixed cramps immediately. The doc ran a test and found malfunctioning valves not delivering enough oxygen to the muscles. Since wearing compression stockings 0 cramps. I tried potassium and magnesium and lots of yellow mustard. Nothing helped.

I enjoy popcorn but usually forget about buying it when I am shopping.

There is nothing better than popcorn while watching a movie at the theater.

Movie popcorn is almost a different animal than home popcorn- especially the "stuff" they call butter. it is so gross. my family enjoys popcorn weekly at our house. Lately I'm really sick of the large amount of unpopped kernels in microwave popcorn. and if I add time I end up with burned middle. So I've been buying good old fashioned popping corn. Taste better and is cheaper and really isn't that hard to make in a covered pan.

Got to find the air popper. I need late night snakes that don't break the calorie and carb budget. Just might tamper with it with some garlic butter.
